1. Who you’re contracting with
These Terms & Conditions are a legal agreement between you and Novum Method LLC (“Tribe”, “we”, “us”), the operator of the Tribe gym matchmaking service. By using Tribe, you agree to these terms.
2. What Tribe provides
Tribe is a matchmaking platform that helps people find gyms in Denver based on their goals, budget, schedule, and community preferences. We also offer paid partner plans and referral services for gym owners.
3. Acceptance
By creating an account, using the questionnaire, saving gyms, or subscribing to a partner plan, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Notice and Refund Policy.
4. Accounts and accuracy
You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for anything that happens under your account. Don’t share your login credentials.
5. What you can’t do
You may not use Tribe for unlawful purposes, fraud, spam, scraping, security interference, or anything that harms the service or other users. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for these reasons.
6. Intellectual property
Tribe owns the software, branding, and content we create. You retain ownership of any content you submit (such as gym profile information), and you grant us a limited license to display it in order to provide the service.
7. Payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides customer service inquiries and handles returns. Partner plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard.
8. Referral program terms
What counts as a referral. A person counts as a Tribe referral to your gym if Tribe issued them a referral code for your gym, or logged them clicking through to you from a Tribe join link, within 90 days before they joined.
They don’t have to remember the code. Tribe stores a first name and email with each code. A referral still counts if the member never mentions Tribe at your front desk — the record is what matters.
Member claims. A member can mark “I signed up here” in Tribe. That does not bill you on its own. It puts the lead in your dashboard queue for you to confirm or reject.
The 14-day window. You have 14 days to answer a member claim. If it goes unanswered past 14 days, the claim escalates to Tribe for review, and Tribe may confirm and bill it based on the timestamped record.
Fees. $25 one time when a Tribe referral joins your gym, then $5 each time that referred member renews — that is, every time they run their card with you again. It is not a monthly subscription: no renewal, no fee. Mark a member as departed and no further renewal fees are charged.
Your records win when they’re clear. If someone never actually joined, reject the claim and it costs you nothing. Export your referral CSV any time and reconcile it against your roster.
9. Service level
We do our best to keep Tribe available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Gym information may change, and we rely on gyms and public sources to keep listings current.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You can close your account at any time by contacting us.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Novum Method LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 6 months, or $100 if you paid nothing.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll notify you and ask you to accept the new version before continuing to use paid features.
