Tribe is operated by Novum Method LLC (“we”, “us”, “Tribe”). We are the data controller for the personal data collected through this website.

- Account data: name, email address, and authentication details when you sign up.
- Intake data: answers to the gym-matching questionnaire (goals, budget, schedule, preferences).
- Usage data: pages viewed, gyms saved, referral codes issued, and device/IP information via analytics.
- Communication data: support emails and messages sent to us.
How we use it
- To provide the gym-matching service and saved gym list.
- To show gyms relevant to your goals, budget, and community preferences.
- To process partner subscriptions and referral billing.
- To improve the product and fix issues.
- To send service-related emails (not marketing, unless you opt in).
Legal basis
We process data based on: performance of our contract with you (account and matching service); our legitimate interests (product improvement, fraud prevention); and your consent where required (marketing emails, optional profile fields).
Who we share data with
- Paddle: our Merchant of Record for payments, subscription management, tax compliance, and invoicing.
- Hosting and analytics providers: services that power the site and help us understand usage.
- Professional advisers: legal and accounting professionals when required.
- Authorities: when required by law or to protect our rights.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. After deletion, we remove or anonymize data within 90 days unless legal obligations require us to keep it longer.
