How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. You can request a refund by visiting paddle.net or emailing us directly at Zachary.B.Witt33@gmail.com.
Referral fees
Referral fees ($25 per signup, $5 per renewal payment that member makes) are only charged after a gym confirms a lead in their dashboard. If a lead was confirmed in error, contact us within 14 days and we will review and reverse the charge if appropriate.
When refunds are not available
We do not refund referral fees for confirmed leads that were correctly matched and confirmed by the gym. We also cannot refund services that have already been fully delivered, such as a completed Z Badge Vetting visit.
Processing time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days and will appear on the original payment method.
