How a referral gets counted

  • Every person Tribe sends you gets a code (like TRIBE-RISE-1234) plus a first name and email on file — so a lead still counts if they forget the code at the desk.
  • A signup counts when any Tribe code for your gym was issued within 90 days of them joining. You confirm it in your dashboard; nothing bills until you do.
  • Confirming a referral carries a one-time fee, plus a small renewal fee each time that member runs their card with you again. Exact rates are shown in your dashboard after you claim. Mark them "They left" and the renewal fees stop.
  • You can export your full referral list as a CSV any time, so the numbers are never a mystery on either side.

How the Z badge stays worth something

The badge is earned in person, and it gets re-checked once a year. If standards slip, the badge comes off — that's the whole point of it meaning something. A gym that loses it can earn it back with a paid re-certification visit.
