What I actually do
Personal training
One-on-one and group coaching for everyone from first-timers to pro athletes.
Massage therapy
Licensed hands-on work for recovery, mobility and staying out of the injury cycle.
Nutrition coaching
Real food plans built around your life, including blood panel interpretation when it helps.
Pre-rehab & rehab
Movement screens and corrective programming so you come back stronger, not just healed.
Performance work
Return-to-play planning and athletic development for athletes chasing their next level.
Straight answers
Fifteen years of watching what actually works — and what gyms oversell.
Who I've worked with
Youth athletes finding their first real training program. Collegiate and professional athletes chasing performance and return-to-play. Busy adults who just want to feel good again. Seniors keeping their independence. Different goals, same job: figure out what the person in front of me actually needs, then build it.
Almost all of it has come from referrals — people sending their friends because the work held up. Tribe is that same idea, just at Denver scale.

What the Z badge means
A gym with the Z next to its name is one I've personally walked into. I look at the coaching, how new people get treated, whether the equipment matches the promise, and whether the room feels like somewhere you'd want to be at 6am. No gym can buy the badge without the visit, and I take it back if the place slips.
That's the whole point: my name is the thing on the line, so the recommendation is worth something.
